Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales growth. The role involves lead generation, calling, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals, while maintaining a healthy pipeline and strong customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and field/market research
  • Make outbound calls to introduce our products/services and explain benefits clearly
  • Schedule meetings/demos and coordinate with the team for presentations
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert them into customers
  • Maintain and update CRM/sheets: leads, follow-ups, conversions, and notes
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and closures
  • Handle basic customer queries and ensure smooth onboarding/support
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
  • Share market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback with management
  • Candidate Profile (0–1 Year)Fresher or up to 1 year experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling / Customer Acquisition
  • Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp/Email communication
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
