Business Development Executive (BDE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, qualify and pursue the new business opportunities through various channels.

Engage with qualified leads to understand their learning goals and challenges via calls, emails, meetings.

Conduct product demos and explain TechnGlobal’s offerings

Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Achieve monthly sales revenue and contribute to revenue goals.

Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Sales tool.

CAREER PROGRESSION:

2-month Business Development Executive, post-probation Business development Associate.

Post probation -Promotion to BDA with ₹4–6 LPA package

Fast-track growth opportunities in sales leadership and account management

Compensation & Incentives

BDE : Entitled UPTO ₹22,000 which includes

Revenue pay : ₹18,000 per month

Incentives : ₹10,000 per month

BDA: ₹5.5 CTC (4 LPA Base+ 1.5 LPA variable components)
