Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, gathering data, and promoting our products/services in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
2. Data Collection: Gather data and feedback from customers to improve our products/services.
3. Sales and Promotion: Promote our products/services to customers and potential clients.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Field Visits: Conduct field visits to interact with customers and gather data.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
3. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve products/services.
4. Competitor Analysis: Gather information on competitor products/services.
5. Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Education: SSLC or PUC and Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and mobile devices.
6. Language Skills: Fluency in local languages.
