Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for insurance products (health, life, motor, or general insurance).
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer support.
- Educate customers on policy benefits, coverage, and claims process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
