Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the school by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Fresh graduates with a BBA or MBA are encouraged to apply. This position requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase student enrollment.

- Relationship Building:Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.

- Sales and Marketing:Participate in marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and promotions, to attract potential students.

- Counseling:Provide accurate information and counseling to prospective students and parents about the school’s programs and offerings.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
