Role Objective

We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive to join CS24INDIA. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling our 360° digital ecosystem—including Web/App Development, Performance Marketing, CRM solutions, and high-end visual content like Corporate Videos and Virtual Tours.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand a client’s business pain points and propose the right mix of services (e.g., SEO for visibility, CRM for operations).
  • Presentations: Conduct high-impact demos of our specialized services, specifically our 360° Virtual Tours and Corporate Video portfolios.
  • Closure & Negotiation: Handle pricing negotiations and move prospects through the sales funnel to final contract signing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in our internal CRM.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends in Meta Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and App Development to speak authoritatively to clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Agency Experience: Proven track record in selling digital marketing or software development services.
  • Communication: Exceptional English and [Local Language] verbal and written skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and how a CRM works (you don't need to code, but you must know how to sell it).
  • Persistence: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
