Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales)
We are a leading Property & Facility Management Services company helping property owners and tenants with smooth and hassle-free rental experiences.
We're expanding fast and looking for energetic, confident, and sales-driven individuals to join our team.
๐ Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will handle both sides of the rental ecosystem Tenants and Property Owners.
Your goal is to match the right tenants with the right properties while onboarding new properties from owners.
๐น Key Responsibilities
* Tenant Interaction (Finding the Right Home)
1. Make outbound calls to tenants and understand their full requirements budget, location, and property type.
2. Share suitable property options based on their needs.
3. Arrange property visits and coordinate between tenants and the team.
4. Follow up regularly and work towards closing the deal.
5. Provide smooth, end-to-end support until move-in.
โข Owner Interaction (Property Acquisition & Tie-Ups)
1. Make outbound calls to property owners and confirm all property details.
2. Explain our Property Management Services and the benefits of partnering with us.
3. Encourage owners to tie up their property with our company.
4. Schedule property visits for inspection, onboarding, and documentation.
5. Maintain long-term relationships with owners.
๐ฏ Who We Are Looking For
1. Excellent communication and strong sales skills โ MUST
2. Education: x (10th) and above
3. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales/BD/tele sales experience
4. Confident, energetic, and target-driven
5. Candidates staying near Hebbal, Kasturi Nagar or within the 10km radius are strongly preferred.
Job Details
๐ Location: Kasturi Nagar
๐ Working Hours: 9:30 AM โ 6:30 PM
๐ Weekly Off: Sunday fixed
๐ฏ Probation: 6 months (No unplanned leaves during this period)
๐ผ PF & ESI: Not applicable currently
๐ Salary Date: 15th of every month
๐ฐ Salary: 3LPA - 3.6LPA + Attractive incentives

* Age should be maximum 28

* English and Kannada are mandatory
