Job Title: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description:

Grow Well Groups is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, generating new customers, coordinating site visits, and closing property sales.

Responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers and following up on leads

• Generate new leads and maintain lead database

• Coordinate and manage customer site visits

• Build relationships with brokers and channel partners

• Explain project details to clients and support sales closure

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Experience in sales calling and client handling

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
