Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, site visits, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain real estate projects to clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client and lead data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training will be provided)
- Comfortable with calling and meeting clients
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- MS Excel / CRM knowledge is a plus
