Job DescriptionPushkalam Developers is hiring a Business Development Executive to handle sales and customer acquisition for our apartment project at Budhigere Cross, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and have strong communication skills.

• Experience Required3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
• Experience in apartment or residential project sales preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and presentations
• Assist in negotiations and close apartment sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with marketing and channel partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports
• RequirementsGood English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Salary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
