Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth in the Facility Management sector. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, proposal creation, and sales closure. Incentives will be provided based on closures and proposals submitted.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Maintain client database and relationships.
  • Prepare and present proposals.
  • Coordinate client meetings and site visits.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to closure.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
