Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in retail, wholesale, and institutional segments.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and product demand.
- Organize product sampling, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Provide product knowledge and training to partners and sales staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative campaigns for bakery products.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.
