XIPHIAS Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for lead generation, pitching software and hardware products, handling customer enquiries, and converting prospects into sales through effective communication over phone and digital platforms.

This role requires strong sales skills, good product understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.


Preference - Female candidates preferred


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Introduce XIPHIAS software solutions, hardware products, and touch screen kiosks to potential clients
  • Maintain, update, and grow the leads database through continuous follow-ups
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand customer business requirements

Sales Pitch & Product Presentation

  • Clearly explain software functionalities, hardware features, pricing, and business benefits
  • Pitch solutions confidently based on customer needs
  • Schedule online product demos with the technical team when required
  • Provide product comparisons and recommend the most suitable solution

Customer Handling & Sales Conversion

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Address objections, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close deals
  • Follow internal pricing, approval, and documentation processes
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the implementation/support team

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/Excel
  • Prepare and share sales activity and pipeline reports with management

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and coordination


Educational Qualification

  • PUC or Diploma
  • Preferred background: Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or IT-related fields

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales
  • Experience selling IT products, software, or hardware is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply


Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Additional proficiency in Hindi and/or Kannada is an advantage
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical software and hardware products and explain them in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, professional email communication, and basic CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling customer calls
