Business Development Executive (IT Project Acquisition)

B2World (BTOW Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to acquire international IT projects for the company.

This is a target-based sales role where the candidate must secure minimum ₹1,00,000 project value every month.

Key Responsibilities:Acquire software, website, mobile app, and e-commerce development projects from international clients.

• Independently generate leads from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPH, cold outreach, and networking.
• Draft and submit high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions & negotiations.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for proposal documentation.
• Meet monthly revenue targets and maintain sales pipelines.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients.

🎯 Monthly Target Requirement:The employee must secure ₹1,00,000 project value every month.

Bonus incentives will be provided for crossing targets.

• Candidate Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / PreSales / Online Bidding / Lead Generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to bring IT projects from foreign markets (US, UK, Canada, UAE, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle complete sales cycle.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered for lower salary bandwidth.

💰 Salary & Incentives:

• Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience & performance)
• Incentives: Fixed ₹10,000 on meeting monthly target
• Additional performance bonuses for exceeding revenue goals
• Rapid promotion opportunities for top performers

📍 Work Location:Samastipur, Bihar (Office when required)

Work Mode: Virtual + Office Visits (as per company requirement)
