🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Growth Executive who will drive partnerships, promote Finverse across various channels, and support marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role involving field work, networking, and growth execution.


Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach trading academies, communities, and institutes

  • Pitch Finverse and close collaboration/partnership deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • πŸ“’ On-Ground Marketing & PromotionRepresent Finverse at trading events, seminars, and meetups
  • Visit IT companies and communities to promote the platform
  • Conduct offline activations and awareness campaigns


πŸ“± Social Media & Growth Support

Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and execution

  • Support social media growth initiatives (Instagram, reels, etc.)
  • Help in building and engaging the Finverse community
  • πŸ“ˆ Lead Generation & ConversionGenerate leads through offline and online channels
  • Convert partnerships into active users and business opportunities


πŸ‘€ Candidate Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and do field work
  • Basic knowledge of stock market/trading is a plus
  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset


πŸ’° Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: β‚Ή20,000 – β‚Ή1,00,000/month (fixed+incentives) based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives (per partnership/lead conversion)
