Business Development Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and performance-oriented candidates to join our Business Development Team. The role focuses on end-to-end sales operations, client interaction, and meeting revenue goals within the EdTech sector.

Compensation Structure

Internship

• Fixed Stipend: ₹17,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

Full-Time Role

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Compensation is performance-based and target-driven
• Key Responsibilities : Generate and qualify leads through multiple sourcing channels
• Interact with prospective customers and clearly present product offerings
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion

Eligibility Criteria

For Interns

• Freshers are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

For Full-Time Candidates

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
