This role is responsible for identifying high-potential locations, evaluating market opportunities, and overseeing the setup and launch of new business outlets. • Key Responsibilities:Market Research , Expansion and Starting New Dental Clinics
• Conduct detailed market studies to identify new cities/regions for expansion based on demand, competition, demographics, and feasibility.
• Site Identification & Evaluation:
• Scout and evaluate potential sites in collaboration with real estate brokers, landlords, and local partners.
• Business Case Development:
• Build ROI projections, breakeven analysis, and feasibility reports for each new location.
• Project Execution:
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new locations—including budgeting, timelines, licensing, vendor coordination, staffing, and launch activities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, HR, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful setup and smooth handover.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Present location plans and status updates to senior management and work with external vendors and partners.
• Post-Launch Support:
• Monitor initial performance of new locations and troubleshoot operational challenges during the ramp-up phase.
