Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to promote and expand our UPVC and Aluminium product portfolio in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic market development.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPVC and Aluminium products in the construction and architectural sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on business progress.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 years) in sales/business development within the UPVC, Aluminium, or construction materials industry.
  • Strong network within the building and construction ecosystem (architects, fabricators, contractors, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
