Founded in 2025, Pokus AI is building a WhatsApp-based personal assistant (“butler”) that helps users get everyday tasks done seamlessly. From running errands and managing deliveries to handling daily coordination, Pokus simplifies day-to-day life through a single, easy-to-use chat interface.

Our goal is to bring convenience to urban households by combining AI with strong on-ground operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Business Development Associate based in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for on-ground sales and activation—visiting residential societies, interacting directly with potential users, and driving adoption of Pokus AI’s WhatsApp assistant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting society activations, stalls, and door-to-door outreach

Explaining and demonstrating the Pokus service to residents

Generating leads and converting them into active users

Building relationships with RWAs, society managers, and local partners

Gathering on-ground feedback to improve the product and user experience

Working closely with the internal team to drive growth in assigned areas

You will act as the face of Pokus AI on the ground, helping us scale user adoption rapidly.

Qualifications

Strong communication and convincing skills

Interest in sales, marketing, and on-ground activation

Comfortable with field work and interacting with people daily

Target-driven and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or promotions is a plus

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
