Job Title: BDA - Investment Manager/Portfolio Manager/Area Manager - Sales

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

● End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in

CRM

● Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant

properties.

● Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures

● Achieving the target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

● Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

● Proficient in both Hindi & English, and local language is an advantage

● MS Office

● Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

● Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

● A graduate from any discipline is preferred

● 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

● Applicant must be currently employed or serving a notice period

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

● Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per

month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent

performers)

● Earn 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3

months (Avg 1 deal/month)

● CTC – 3.5 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)

● 5 Day work week

● Earn ESOPs on every deal closed

● Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets

● Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible to manage teams
