Business Development Manager (BDM)

A Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Agency Channel is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to drive sales growth through partnerships. Core responsibilities

Agent Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, interview, and onboard new agents and agency leaders to expand the sales network.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new agency partners.

Performance Management: Set monthly sales targets for agents, monitor their performance, and provide coaching to improve results.

Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for agents on products and sales techniques, and help them with licensing and compliance.

Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet business growth goals, including market research to identify new opportunities.
