**Job Title:** Business Development Manager (BDM)

**Key Responsibilities:**


* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

* Manage institutional visits (minimum 5 per day) and secondary dealer market visits (9–10 per day).

* Maintain daily activity reports, including current location and meeting details on CRM software.

* Negotiate and close business deals to maximize company profit.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for strategies and execution.


**Requirements:**


* Proven experience in sales/BDM role (preferred in [your industry]).
