Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Female Business Development Manager to expand our presence among architects, interior designers, and builders. The role involves daily field visits, relationship management, and supporting sales closures through showroom coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and developers on a daily basis
Present and explain company marble and allied products
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key influencers
Generate enquiries and bring architects/designers to the showroom
Coordinate with the showroom sales team to support and close sales
Maintain visit reports, follow-ups, and client data
Achieve monthly business development and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in business development or field sales
MBA in Marketing preferred
Background from marble, tiles, sanitaryware, or interior design firms is highly desirable
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience dealing with architects and interior designers
Good knowledge of building materials and specification-based selling
Presentable, confident, and professional in approach
