Job PurposeTo generate new business, increase company revenue, develop client relationships, and expand market presence for facility management and pest control services.

• Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & SalesIdentify and develop new clients (corporates, residential societies, industries, hospitals, schools, malls, etc.).
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
• Present company services and proposals to clients.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate with operations for quick resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for renewals and upselling.
• 3. Market Research & StrategyStudy competitors and market trends.
• Identify new service opportunities and business areas.
• Suggest pricing and marketing strategies.
• Support branding and promotional activities.
• 4. Coordination with OperationsCoordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure proper manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Monitor service quality and customer feedback.
• 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Update CRM or client database.
• Submit performance reports to management.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducationGraduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience2–5 years experience in Facility Management / Pest Control / Service Industry Sales.
• SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to close deals.
• Knowledge of contracts and pricing.
• Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM).
• Time management and planning.
