Job Description
- Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise and distributor partners for Oleant EV
- Explain the company’s EV products, franchise business model, investment structure, and support system
- Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads and convert them into active partners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential franchisees
- Coordinate documentation, onboarding formalities, and initial setup support
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth franchise launch and activation
- Maintain relationships with franchise partners and ensure long-term engagement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets
