Job Description
- Maintain and update data related to field staff, promoters, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage attendance, deployment sheets, and daily activity reports (DAR).
- Coordinate with field teams for manpower details, locations, and schedules.
- Handle documentation related to BTL campaigns, activations, and events.
- Assist in payroll inputs, incentives, and reimbursement data for field staff.
- Prepare MIS reports and share updates with operations and client servicing teams.
- Track inventory, branding materials, and logistics movement.
- Support client servicing teams with reports, photos, and campaign data.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping (soft & hard copies).
