Scale Vista is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition for our e-commerce consulting services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with founders and operations teams.

This is an onsite role based at Bangalore, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities includes -

1. Own end-to-end B2B sales cycle
2. Generate and close qualified leads
3. Pitch ecommerce consulting solutions to brands
4. Build and manage sales pipeline
5. Achieve monthly revenue targets

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is a plus

Experience in agency / SaaS / e-commerce sales preferred

Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying sales opportunities

Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

Proven ability in Team Collaboration, Project Management, and Goal Achievement
