Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, pitching digital solutions, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business leads for digital marketing services
  • Pitch and sell services like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Branding
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, performance) for smooth project execution
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pricing models
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and market demands

 

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in a Digital Marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to close deals and handle corporate and SME clients
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·        Number of qualified leads generated

·        Revenue achieved vs target

·        Conversion ratio (lead to closure)

·        Client acquisition and retention rate

·        Average deal size

·        Sales pipeline value

 

Compensation:

·        Salary: (₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives)
