Role overview

Ziro Sustainable Inc. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of eco-friendly tissue paper, mops, and cleaning products to corporate, institutional, HoReCa, and distributor partners. The role focuses on new client acquisition, distributor development, and strengthening long-term relationships to support sustainable growth for the brand.


Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers such as corporates, hotels, restaurants, facilities management companies, and distributors in assigned territories.

• Promote Ziro’s sustainable product range (recycled / unbleached tissue paper, mops, cleaning tools, etc.) and educate customers on environmental benefits.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, trade events, and online platforms, and convert them into long-term business.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations; follow up for closures and timely payments.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and service support.

• Track competition, market trends, and customer feedback and share regular reports and sales forecasts with management.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and support brand visibility through on-ground promotional activities.


Qualifications and skills

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in hygiene, cleaning products, FMCG, or institutional sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with field work, meeting clients, and travelling within the assigned region.

• Good working knowledge of Excel, email, and basic reporting.
