Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Jr. Business Development Manager for our commercial office space interior design and execution firm Pine Valley Interiors. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while contributing to our business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth in the commercial office space interior design and execution sector.
2. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through direct outreach as well as through channel partners including Realtors, Builders, and Landlords.
3. Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, Builders, Landlords, and other channel partners to generate referrals and leads for potential clients.
4. Collaborate with channel partners to create joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
5. Assist in developing innovative solutions tailored to the needs and preferences of clients referred through channel partners.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients referred by channel partners, showcasing our firm's capabilities and services.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients referred by channel partners, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth in channel partner engagement.
9. Provide regular reports on channel partner engagement activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and feedback from partners and clients.
