Role Overview:

Actively engage in sales activities and client handling under guidance to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate and follow up on leads

Conduct client meetings and site visits

Explain project details, pricing, and offers

Coordinate with documentation and CRM teams

Achieve individual monthly targets

Skills Required:Strong communication & persuasion skills

Target-oriented mindset

Willingness to work on weekends / site-based roles

Basic understanding of real estate sales process
