Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets.  Drive and monitor the team target achievement across South Karnataka.  Manage, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.  Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the region.  Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.  Monitor daily activities such as field visits, call reports, collections, and opportunity closures.  Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting accuracy, and process adherence by the team.  Conduct regular review meetings with team members to track performance.  Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, CRM, Marketing) for smooth execution.  Take ownership of collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups.  Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.  Ensure discipline in reporting place timing, travel planning, and field execution.  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic action
