Job Description
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets. Drive and monitor the team target achievement across South Karnataka. Manage, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the region. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas. Monitor daily activities such as field visits, call reports, collections, and opportunity closures. Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting accuracy, and process adherence by the team. Conduct regular review meetings with team members to track performance. Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, CRM, Marketing) for smooth execution. Take ownership of collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure discipline in reporting place timing, travel planning, and field execution. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic action
