Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to promote Dynamic’s full suite of products and solutions to enterprise and commercial customers.
• Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and pipeline building to deal closure.
• Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Drive high conversion rates from pipeline to closure, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and win new logo opportunities through prospecting, networking, partner engagement, and industry events.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct account planning, opportunity mapping, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and business reviews to CXO and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast information in the CRM, tracking progress against targets and key account plans with complete integrity.
• Monitor market trends and competition to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with OEM partners and distributors for support and to guard against channel conflict.
Performance Metrics & KPIs:
• Pipeline metrics: Minimum number of qualified opportunities per month.
• Closure targets: Achievement of defined revenue goals and conversion ratios.
• Activity KPIs: Regular prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Relevant Experience:
• Minimum 4+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Solutions, and Cloud Technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in cold calling, account development, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially with CXO-level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Candidate Preference:
Immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days’ notice period preferred.
