Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive student enrollments, build strong institutional and channel partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the overseas education domain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through institutional tie-ups, agents, schools, colleges, and digital sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct seminars, presentations, school/college visits, and education fairs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
• Coordinate with counselling and visa teams for smooth student conversions
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate reports on leads, conversions, and partnerships

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in overseas education / education sales / B2B or B2C sales (Preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven with a consultative selling approach
• Good understanding of study abroad processes and visa requirements
• Willingness to travel locally for business development activities
