Job Description
Designation :Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Interact with prospective customers to promote Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, manage all required documentation, and ensure clear communication of loan policies. Provide end-to-end customer support to ensure a smooth loan experience and maintain long-term relationships. Consistently meet sales targets and support overall business expansion.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
- Experience in Banking / Finance / Loan Sales preferred
- Any Graduate can apply
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
