Gym Front Desk Executive or Sales Coordinator role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage gym admissions for new members, including processing registrations, verifying documents, and conducting facility tours to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Handle gym membership renewals by proactively contacting expiring members, offering incentives, and upselling packages to boost retention rates.

Convert walk-in visitors into paying members through engaging consultations, highlighting gym benefits, and closing sales on the spot.

Pitch personal training (PT) services to members and prospects during interactions, identifying needs, and scheduling introductory sessions to drive upsell revenue.

Provide excellent front desk support, including check-ins, inquiries, payments, and basic gym orientation.

Maintain accurate member records, track sales targets, and report on conversion metrics weekly.
