Job Description

Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, pitching digital marketing services, and closing new business. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of digital marketing services. The BDE will build long-term client relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential clients through online research, professional networks, referrals, and industry platforms.

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.

  • Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Branding, and Websites.

  • Client Engagement & SalesConduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • Present company services, case studies, pricing models, and ROI-driven strategies.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines, and close sales successfully.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Ensure commitments made to clients are accurately documented and fulfilled.

  • Internal CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams such as design, performance marketing, content, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Support client onboarding processes and documentation.

  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, deal status, and client communications.

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
