Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Finalize procurement after inspection, including price negotiations

• Work on inside leads and take complete ownership

• Ensure end-to-end data compliance for all leads

• Build and manage long-term dealer relationships

• Achieve daily & monthly targets for dealer participation, procurement & car sales

• Handle dealer issues and resolve them with internal teams

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of Business Development / Business Acquisition experience

(Supply-side experience is mandatory)

• Graduate from a Tier-2 college or above

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Comfortable with extensive field work and long hours

• Hustler mindset — self-starter, ownership-driven

• Startup experience is a plus
