Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
* Identify and connect with potential clients through professional networks, social media platforms, and industry communities. Actively engage prospects through LinkedIn, professional forums, and fintech communities to introduce SubraX and its ecosystem.
2. Relationship Building
* Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with traders, investors, analysts, and financial market participants. Develop trust-based relationships by understanding the client’s market interests and learning objectives.
3. Brand Representation
* Represent SubraX in a professional and credible manner while communicating the company’s focus on financial market research, strategy development, and automation frameworks. Clearly explain SubraX’s research initiatives, educational approach, and technology frameworks to potential clients.
4. Client Meetings & Presentations
* Conduct online and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Deliver structured presentations explaining SubraX’s research ecosystem, automation strategy concepts, and educational initiatives.
5. Business Conversion
* Guide interested individuals through the client engagement process. Convert qualified prospects into active clients or participants within the SubraX ecosystem.
6. Market Networking
* Participate in industry networking opportunities, fintech communities, and professional gatherings to expand SubraX’s outreach. Develop connections with traders, analysts, and financial market enthusiasts.
7. Client Relationship Management
* Maintain continuous engagement with clients to ensure positive experience and long-term association with SubraX. Address queries and coordinate with the internal team when required.
8. Market Feedback & Insights
* Share feedback from clients and prospects with the internal team to support improvements in strategy research, education programs, and engagement models.
Desired Candidate Profile (Female Candidates Only)
* 2–5 years experience in Business Development and Client Acquisition
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and social media networking
* Ability to confidently conduct client meetings and presentations
* Basic understanding or interest in financial markets, Forex, or Crypto
* Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation & Growth
* Probation Period: 2 months
* Probation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
* Post-Probation Hike: 30%–50% salary increase (on confirmation)
* One-time incentive payout for sales generated during probation
