Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in B2B sales and hands-on experience in the US Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the US mortgage market.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within the US Mortgage industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry connections, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the US Mortgage domain.
  • Strong understanding of US Mortgage processes (Title search, Tax calling, MLS, origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience working with US-based mortgage lenders, brokers, or financial institutions.
  • Strong network within the US mortgage industry.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
