Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and channel partners in the real estate sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and manage leads for residential/commercial properties
  • Develop and maintain channel partner / broker network
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to deal closure)
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, sales)
  • Maintain data in CRM and track follow-ups

Required Skills:


  • Strong experience in real estate sales / business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle channel partners and clients
  • Knowledge of local real estate market
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
