Job title: Business Development Manager

Location: Koramangala Bangalore,         

Job Description:We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team of WE Homes Realty. In this role, you’ll connect clients with their dream homes, navigate market trends, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

     Job Responsibilities and Tasks:·       Generate Leads

·        Represent clients in buying properties, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

·        Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights.

·        Schedule and host property showings, plots, and client meetings.

·        Prepare and present competitive offers and negotiate terms with buyers.

·        Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately.

·        Build and nurture a strong client network through marketing, referrals, and exceptional service.

·        Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.

      Skills and Qualifications:      . Good Communication In English.        Must-have:

·       Proven experience in real estate or a related sales role.

·       Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively guide clients and close deals.

·       Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

·       Work Type: Work from Office

·       Work Location: 3rd Floor No. 208, Cross Rd KHB Colony 5th Block Koramangala Bengaluru Karnataka-560095

·       Training: 2 days Training Period

·       Timing: Monday to Saturday (9.30 am to 6.30 pm) 

·       Eligibility Criteria: Fresher and Experienced (0-1 years), Any Graduates can apply.
