Business Development Manager – Water Purifiers & Softeners

📍 Jayanagar 4th Block, Bengaluru

🕘 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Full-time

💰 ₹25,000–₹30,000 base + incentives + PF/ESIC


About Us:

Vista Waves is a fast-growing startup offering multi-brand water solutions — purifiers and softeners — for homes, offices, hotels, and institutions. We also provide affordable AMC services and are building a strong, passionate team.


What we’re looking for:

We’re hiring someone with 1–3 years of experience in the water purifier, RO, or softener industry, who has handled domestic, institutional, and field sales. If you’ve sold to homes, offices, or hotels and know how to close deals on the ground, we want to talk to you.


Your day-to-day:


  • Meet customers (Domestic and Commercial sales - Apartments, offices, hotels, hospitals, schools) and explain our products and AMC plans
  • Follow up on leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with our service team for smooth delivery and installation
  • Keep track of sales targets and report progress


Must-haves:

  • Your own bike and smartphone
  • Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
  • A go-getter attitude and willingness to learn

Your day-to-day responsibilities:


  1. Identify and visit potential customers in homes, offices, hotels, and institutions
  2. Pitch AMC plans and product solutions (ROs, softeners, filters) based on customer needs
  3. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networks
  4. Follow up with prospects and close sales independently
  5. Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions
  6. Coordinate with the service team for timely installation and after-sales support
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management
  8. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and AMC renewals
  9. Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends
