Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new hospital partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and key decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for hospital stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal operations and claims teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Ensure effective service delivery and ongoing relationship management
  • Track partner performance and address issues proactively
  • Support business growth by meeting assigned targets and closing partnerships

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Hospital Empanelment, Provider Networking in TPA
  • Strong understanding of cashless approvals, claims processes, and hospital operations
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet business targets
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and internal teams
