Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and empanel hospitals
- Conduct market mapping to identify coverage gaps and expand the provider network.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to explain service offerings.
- Ensure documentation, credentialing, and compliance as per internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with operations and claims teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong business pipeline.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Experience in TPA companies in Provider Networking
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in selling SaaS in Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
