Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Loans

Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell loan products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Promote and sell various loan products such as HL, LAP, BL, and PL.

●       Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and local campaigns.

●       Visit clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.

●       Assist customers in loan application and documentation processes.

●       Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.

●       Maintain daily reports and keep track of sales activities and client follow-ups.

●       Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall growth.

●       Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

●       Stay updated on bank products, policies, and market trends.

Requirements:

●       Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales (Home Loans / LAP / BL / PL preferred).

●       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●       Self-motivated and target-oriented.

●       Ability to work independently and travel locally.

●       Basic knowledge of financial documents and credit evaluation.

●       Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in finance/sales are a plus.
