Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating business conversations, presenting service offerings, and successfully onboarding new clients through strategic tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT sectors

• Research and target potential clients across industries for staffing and recruitment services
• Initiate contact with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders, etc.)
• Present company profile, service offerings, and customized staffing solutions
• Share proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion status
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities
