**URGENT REQUIREMENT**

1. New Business Opportunities

Research markets, competitors, and trends

Spot potential clients, industries, or untapped segments

Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, events, etc.

2. Building Client Relationships

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Understand client needs and offer solutions

Act as a key point of contact for business partnerships

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

Pitch products/services to potential clients

Negotiate deals and contracts

Meet or exceed sales targets (this is non-negotiable in most companies)

4. Strategic Planning

Develop growth strategies and expansion plans

Work with marketing and product teams

Suggest improvements based on market feedback

5. Market Research & Analysis

Track industry trends and competitor activity

Analyze data to guide decision-making

Identify risks and opportunities

6. Collaboration Across Teams

Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations

Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships

Education : Any Graduation Degree with 5 to 10 Years experience as a BDO Officer.
