Job Description

Role SummaryThe Inside Sales Executive – Medical & Healthcare is responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales conversion for medical and healthcare products. The role involves regular coordination with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and field sales teams to achieve revenue targets. The position requires product explanation to medical professionals and building long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, CRM systems, and healthcare sales channels
  • Engage with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions
  • Explain medical/healthcare products, applications, and benefits to doctors, biomedical teams, and hospital administrators
  • Conduct follow-ups on inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Support institutional sales and coordinate with channel partners and distributors
  • Visit hospitals to develop strong professional relationships and understand client requirements
  • Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales execution
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer data in CRM
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience inside sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Understanding of hospital procurement processes and institutional sales cycles
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits
  • Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales
  • Exposure to selling medical devices, hospital equipment, or healthcare solutions
  • Knowledge of channel management and distributor coordination
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and healthcare sales pipelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
