We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our

growing team across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business to business opportunities across assigned regions.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

● Promote company products and drive sales growth in the assigned market.

● Manage end-to-end sales activities and provide excellent customer service.

● Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

● Gather market insights, track customer feedback, and suggest strategy improvements.

● Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall performance.


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

● Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Channel

Sales.

● Ability to understand buyer needs and create tailored sales solutions.

● Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach toward market trends.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).

● Experience in the textile, apparel, or saree industry is an added advantage.

● Ability to travel within the assigned region.
